That Last Book of a Trilogy (April Reads 2018)
This spring three series that I have been reading are coming to an end. This brings a mix of emotions. By this time, the characters have become my friends, and I am sad to bid them farewell. On the other hand, I am ready for some closure and hopefully a happy ending.
My reading this month included starting one series, continuing another, and working on the ending of still another.
1. The Unblemished Trilogy by Sara Ella
From book 2:
“You still don’t get it.” He shakes his head. ” You think people need to look past your mirror mark to see you. But your mark is part of you. Love isn’t about ignoring the pieces we don’t like. It’s about accepting the complete and beautiful whole. See yourself as I see you. Inside and out.”
2. A Deliverer Comes (Kinsman Chronicles) by Jill Williamson
3. The Wounded Shadow (The Darkwater Saga Book #3) by Patrick Carrs
